Electrify Azerbaijan Team Visits BYD Bus Assembly Factory in Hungary

As part of an ongoing initiative to strengthen sustainable transportation in Azerbaijan, the Electrify Azerbaijan team operating under the Sarda Group, recently visited the BYD bus assembly factory in Hungary. This visit is in preparation for establishing Azerbaijan’s own bus assembly factory by 2025, under a frame agreement signed earlier this year with BYD Company Limited and Sarda Group. The trip was also attended by representatives from Azerbaijan's Ministry of Economy and the Azerbaijan Investment Company (AIC). The new assembly factory is expected to play a pivotal role in supporting Azerbaijan's drive towards clean energy and modern public transport solutions.
