GE HealthCare and LLC Sarda Pulsar Announce Strategic Distribution Partnership

Agreement to enhance access to advanced medical technologies in Azerbaijan

Dubai, UAE, February 11, 2026 – At the World Healthcare Expo 2026 today, LLC Sarda Pulsar and GE HealthCare (Nasdaq: GEHC), a leading global medical technology, pharmaceutical diagnostics and digital solutions innovator, announced the signing of a long-term distribution agreement.

Under the agreement, LLC Sarda Pulsar will serve as the official distributor of GE HealthCare’s portfolio of medical technology in Azerbaijan.

Through this new collaboration, LLC Sarda Pulsar will help expand GE HealthCare’s presence in Azerbaijan by enabling broader access to advanced diagnostic and therapeutic solutions. As a long term channel partner, LLC Sarda Pulsar will oversee the full project lifecycle, from implementation to comprehensive after sales service, while delivering strong local technical support to ensure healthcare providers receive consistent, high quality operational expertise.

“It is a great honor for us to become part of GE HealthCare’s global mission to improve the quality of care,” said Mr. Rauf Khalilov, shareholder of LLC Sarda Pulsar. “This agreement reflects our ambitions and capabilities, and we are fully committed to investing in the development of this partnership to deliver cutting-edge technology and impeccable service to healthcare providers across Azerbaijan.”

“We are pleased to officially launch this collaboration, which reinforces our commitment to Azerbaijan and enhances our ability to support the country’s ambitious healthcare system modernization program,” said Konstantinos Deligiannis, President, GE HealthCare EAGM (Eurasian and African Growth Markets). “Sarda Pulsar’s market expertise, proven experience, and strong commitment to service quality make them an ideal partner for our continued growth in the region.”

The agreement comes at a time of significant transformation in Azerbaijan’s healthcare system. Ongoing state investments, growing demand for high-quality services, and systemic reforms are shaping a dynamically developing market and creating new opportunities for both local and international investors in the medical sector.

The continued modernization of public healthcare facilities is driving demand for advanced medical equipment and digital health solutions. At the same time, a growing middle class and rising patient expectations are contributing to sustained demand for private clinics, specialized centers, and high standards of care.

In light of the recently signed strategic partnerships between Azerbaijan and the United States, this agreement reflects SARDA Group’s commitment to supporting bilateral cooperation through the introduction of advanced international technologies and sustainable business partnerships in Azerbaijan.
